It all started in 2011. My official introduction to K-pop and Korean dramas, and Korean media in general, was around the school year of 2010-2011, during my sophomore year of high school. I like to think that it was through U-Kiss and “You’re Beautiful” that I discovered K-pop and Korean dramas, in 2011 and 2010, respectively.
